I’ve been awake for a little too long, and have just taken some allergy medication, so apologies if this doesn’t make sense. On the string of things that I’m ridiculously delayed on is the latest album from Camera Obscura (I blame this on going to college in rural Vermont [although it is musically bountiful in ways]) This album is classic, their sound is well developed and though not wildly adventurous, is thoroughly satisfying. The more upbeat songs have drawn me in the most, and for me, Camera Obscura is what I imagine the sound of happiness would be if it had a sound. I say keep on keeping on.
