Must Listens have become Classics.

After years of building and refining an intriguing catalog of material, Gold Panda‘s debut release is astounding. I wasn’t too enthused by Snow & Taxis when they sent it to me a few weeks ago, but it’s really just the tip of the iceberg on this album. From the first hiss of the samples in You to the final hit of Casio Daisey, Lucky Shiner has a way of entrancing you from start to finish. There really isn’t anything sounding like this right now. For me, Lucky Shiner is the best electronic album to come out since Bibio‘s Ambivalence Avenue. You can buy it almost everywhere online, or stream it for free at his website.
