It is extremely refreshing stumbling across impressive burgeoning musicians. I recently spotted west coast producer D33J over at Live For The Funk and was immediately drawn into his minimalistic and spacious sound. D33J crafts songs that are moody and delicate; by using weepy synths and warm percussive elements he builds an environment reminiscent of a rainy, San Franciscan spring day. I can’t wait to hear how this sound evolves. You must check out his free EP.
