Pretty exciting stuff, Red Bull Music Academy is presenting a session this Thursday in DC to convince you to apply. They’re bringing in Sinden and Jesse Boykins III to talk about their experiences with RBMA. This year’s academy will be in NYC, and if you’re a music maker you should definitely consider applying. The session this Thursday will start at 7pm at The Dunes and may include a few live songs. The after party will be at my home away from home, U Street Music Hall and will feature Sinden vs. Switch and Tittsworth vs Willy Joy, and is totally 100% free before 11. The session is also free, but should fill up soon, so make sure you RSVP here. For now I’ll leave you with this jam by the session’s presenters.

Dipped in Dollars (D.I.D.) is the brainchild of Chief and Danger. While attending a crazy liberal arts college in Vermont, we realized our mutual love of righteous dance music, art, and the people behind them. Along the way we were joined by Crimson and B.Darko. D.I.D. exists to share this love with you and hopefully turn you on to something new.
