One artist we covered a lot this year is the one and only MACHINEDRUM. He recently released an edit of a rare Boards of Canada live untitled bootleg. I am not familiar with Boards of Canada but they are a major influence on MACHINEDRUM so I look forward to discovering their music. MACHINEDRUM made minimal changes to the recording such as adding to the existing drum line and replaying some of the synths and bassline.

Wow, never heard of Boards of Canada?? Well, once you get into Boards of Canada, that’s all you will ever be into. Be prepared to listen to your favorite band of all time!
