The New York Times recently published an article in favor of experimental UK artists like Jessie Ware and AlunaGeorge, who they say are breathing fresh air into a somewhat stagnant R&B form. The video for “Your Drums, Your Love” echos this taste for innovation, re-appropriating early hip hop dance styles (most notably pop & lock) into a contemporary art gallery. Their You Know You Like It EP is now on sale for only $2.71.

Dipped in Dollars (D.I.D.) is the brainchild of Chief and Danger. While attending a crazy liberal arts college in Vermont, we realized our mutual love of righteous dance music, art, and the people behind them. Along the way we were joined by Crimson and B.Darko. D.I.D. exists to share this love with you and hopefully turn you on to something new.
