We’ve been following Throwing Snow for a little while now, and it’s always wonderful to watch artists grow and evolve. His latest EP, due out in December, is titled Aspera and the title track is what we’re here to talk about today. This track is far more subdued than some of his earlier work, in fact each EP seems to stem from completely different influences. Aspera is much calmer, less glitchy and manic but still utilizing a slow build like some of his work on the Too Polite EP. I’m interested to see where the rest of this EP takes us, but I guess I’ll have to wait until December 3rd.

Dipped in Dollars (D.I.D.) is the brainchild of Chief and Danger. While attending a crazy liberal arts college in Vermont, we realized our mutual love of righteous dance music, art, and the people behind them. Along the way we were joined by Crimson and B.Darko. D.I.D. exists to share this love with you and hopefully turn you on to something new.
