Colour The Atlas

Colour The Atlas is slightly off my usual musical path, they still have some electronic elements (and even a bit of auto-tune), but are more folk influenced than anything else. Their sounds are perfectly aligned with this groggy overcast day in DC. It’s hard to deny the beauty of their vocals, especially in combination, and they have qualities that remind me of Damien Rice, James Blake, and NZCA/Lines all at once. The more electronic half of the EP is (naturally) my favorite, check out two tracks below, and decide for yourself. You can buy the EP, as well as receive a free download of a live track, through their site.
