Our brothers at Ceremony Recordings have just announced an EP from The Soft, a trio of musicians from the UK who made big waves with their Hot Summer EP last year. “Mori” is the first taste we’re getting from their forthcoming release, and came packed with cryptic imagery and messages about artificial intelligence (an “Uncanny Valley”). Everything I’ve seen and heard from their Ceremony debut is spectacular, and you should also be on the lookout for a Kid Smpl remix to be out soon.
