<p>A friend emailed me this <a href="http://www.myspace.com/monstersoffolk"><strong>Monsters of Folk</strong></a> track, and I had never heard of them prior. According to <a href="http://allmusic.com">allmusic</a>, they &#8220;were formed around the talents of indie rock giants <strong>Conor Oberst </strong>and <strong>Mike Mogis (Bright Eyes)</strong>, <strong>M. Ward (She &#038; Him)</strong>, and <strong>Jim James (My Morning Jacket)</strong>&#8220;. Outrageous, <strong>Monsters of Folk </strong>indeed, how cheeky. Though I&#8217;m not the biggest fan of some of these guys out of this context, this song is rocking my world, as it&#8217;s hardly folk and leans more towards indie rock with an electronic kick.  So I&#8217;m late to the game, this album has been out since September, but better late than never I say. </p>
